Is CBD Legal
Another one of our top frequently asked questions is whether CBD is legal in the Uk and cosmetic products sold within the Uk, and the quick and simple answer is yes, CBD is not a psychoactive compound of the cannabis plant and is completely legal in the Uk and in cosmetic products that are legally compliant with Uk law.
Is CBD safe on the skin?
Again, the short answer is Yes!.. CBD is absolutely safe and research indicates it is very beneficial to the human body.
Will CBD clear up my skin condition?
When asked a question like that the best I can say is, like with most things: it’s all trial and error depending on many factors but there is no guarantee and I do not make any promises that it will or does work.
There is a lot of research online and I would strongly advise people to do their own research into the benefits it could have and to make their own minds up about CBD and its possible abilities.
What are the benefits of CBD?
CBD has an abundance of benefits, it is a potent antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, it also has significant soothing and skin-normalizing effects that can help minimise issues related to skin sensitivity.
How much CBD do we put in their products?
Currently, as far as we know, our bath and beauty, hair and skincare products contain the highest content of CBD available on the current Uk market. Our 15g Lip Balms contain 500mg, whereas our scented bath salts contain 2000mg.
What type of CBD do you use in your products?
We have opted to use CBD isolate which is 99.8% pure and organically grown in the Uk. The majority of our products also contain pure unrefined and refined hemp seed oil as well.
Cardboard v Plastic packaging?
I spent a long time searching for environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging and even delayed the release of the products once I saw the current packaging being used as I just loved the look of them, and or because of the fact they are completely eco friendly, recyclable and reusable. I have had a few customers asking if I would like them to send the packaging back to me so I can re-use them because they are so sturdy and functional but unfortunately I’m not set up to be able to do that currently. A project for a later date maybe.
Why natural and handmade CBD Skincare products?
We enjoy creating and making our products to order to ensure their freshness. We also enjoy working with natural and healthy beneficial ingredients that are safe and have a positive effect on the skin. Our Activated charcoal soap in the only product we make in advance as it requires up to 6 weeks to cure before being sent to customers.
